About the role
Responsibilities
- Travel with student groups to international destinations during school holidays
- Act as a key point of support for students to ensure they feel safe, included, and confident
- Work alongside EF destination teams and other Course Leaders to ensure smooth operations
- Lead and encourage student participation in daily activities, excursions, and evening events
- Host daily student briefings regarding meeting points, activity options, and reminders
- Support arrivals and departures while maintaining accurate attendance and records
- Ensure students adhere to safety rules and EF behavior expectations
Requirements
- Fluency in both Swedish and English
- Proven experience working with young people (e.g., teaching, camp leadership, coaching)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a responsible nature
- A strong interest in international travel and cultural exchange
