Course Leader to France

Responsibilities

• Travel with student groups to international destinations during school holidays
• Act as a key point of support for students to ensure they feel safe, included, and confident
• Work alongside EF destination teams and other Course Leaders to ensure smooth operations
• Lead and encourage student participation in daily activities, excursions, and evening events
• Host daily student briefings regarding meeting points, activity options, and reminders
• Support arrivals and departures while maintaining accurate attendance and records
• Ensure students adhere to safety rules and EF behavior expectations

Requirements

• Fluency in both Swedish and English
• Proven experience working with young people (e.g., teaching, camp leadership, coaching)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a responsible nature
• A strong interest in international travel and cultural exchange
