Course Leader

Responsibilities

• Travel with student groups to international destinations including the UK, Ireland, Malta, USA, Canada, Australia, Spain, Germany, or Korea
• Act as a key point of support for students to ensure they feel safe, included, and confident throughout the trip
• Coordinate with EF destination teams and other Course Leaders to ensure smooth program execution
• Lead and participate in daily student briefings, excursions, and evening activities such as discos
• Manage student arrivals, departures, and basic attendance records
• Ensure students adhere to safety rules and EF behavior expectations

Requirements

• Fluent in French
• Fluent in the destination language (English, Spanish, German, or Korean)
• Experience working with young people (e.g., teaching, camp leadership, coaching)
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle responsibility in a fast-paced environment
