About the role
Responsibilities
- Travel to Brighton with your student group and act as a key support person throughout the trip
- Help students feel safe, included, and confident in an international environment
- Collaborate with EF destination teams and other international course leaders to ensure smooth operations
- Organize and lead daily student information sessions, activities, and excursions
- Encourage student participation in social events and lead by example
- Support arrivals and departures while maintaining accurate attendance and administrative records
- Ensure students follow safety rules and EF codes of conduct
- Support evening activities, which may include late-night events such as discos
Requirements
- Native Finnish speaker
- Fluent in English
- Experience working with youth (e.g., teacher, camp counselor, scout leader, or sports coach)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure
- Organized, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic about traveling and international experiences
