About the role
Responsibilities
- Convert enquiries into enrolments through phone, email, online, and face-to-face consultations
- Advise prospective learners on language courses, professional training, and educational solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Follow up on leads, quotations, registrations, and pending enquiries
- Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the enrolment journey
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth learner onboarding and course delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, enrolment, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the education, training, or language learning industry
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce
