About the role

Responsibilities

  • Convert enquiries into enrolments through phone, email, online, and face-to-face consultations
  • Advise prospective learners on language courses, professional training, and educational solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, registrations, and pending enquiries
  • Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the enrolment journey
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth learner onboarding and course delivery

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, enrolment, or a similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the education, training, or language learning industry
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce
