About the role
Responsibilities
- Convert enquiries into enrolments through phone, email, online, walk-in, and face-to-face consultations
- Advise prospective learners on language courses, professional training, and educational solutions
- Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets while delivering exceptional customer service
- Handle enquiries professionally and ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, and registrations
- Support learner onboarding and maintain accurate CRM records
- Assist with class assignments, training material distribution, and resolving learner or teacher concerns
- Provide reception coverage and support the day-to-day operation of the centre
- Support office management activities, including maintaining common areas and assisting with opening/closing procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, enrolment, administration, or a similar role
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems such as ZOHO or Salesforce
- Previous experience within the education, training, or language learning industry
