About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for general enquiries from students, faculty, and staff
- Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate program activities and schedules
- Coordinate the recruitment of teaching assistants, course instructors, sessional lecturers, and stipend instructors
- Collect and submit timesheet data for processing
- Determine logistical details and activities for events and programming
- Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas, materials, and follow-up items
- Gather and prepare materials for accreditation and program reviews
Requirements
- Advanced College Diploma (3 years) or an equivalent combination of experience
- Minimum of two years of administrative support experience within educational programs
- Demonstrated experience coordinating timetable schedules
- Experience with filing systems and records management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Teams, and Zoom
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the field of dentistry
