Courier/Facilities Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and professional delivery and pickup of construction documents, office supplies, and marketing materials.
• Maintain daily courier schedules and delivery documentation to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Support warehouse operations by processing Facilities and Workplace Solutions work tickets.
• Meet and escort vendors at warehouses when Facilities leadership is unavailable.
• Manage the organization and cleanliness of the mailroom and storage rooms.
• Maintain the company-assigned vehicle, including fueling, scheduling maintenance, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate records for deliveries, inventory, fleet maintenance, and work orders.
• Obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certification.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current, valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to be insured under the Company's automobile insurance policy.
• Proficiency in MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Demonstrated safe driving habits and commitment to defensive driving.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in courier, warehouse, facilities, or logistics is preferred.
