Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient delivery, sorting, and pick-up of packages to customers on a daily basis
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including airway bills and delivery records, with neatness and accuracy
• Ensure shipment conformance to FedEx Express features of service
• Operate vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with country regulations and corporate policies
• Maintain the security of company and customer property, including cash, packages, and equipment
• Strive for improved productivity by suggesting better methods and procedures

Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• Valid B2 or B3 vehicle license appropriate for the assigned vehicle
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver larger packages using appropriate equipment
• Basic English communication skills
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong customer service and human relations skills
