COUPA Technical/Functional Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new architecture and major functional upgrades for the COUPA platform
• Build expertise in the COUPA application suite to design application and data frameworks
• Adhere to iterative development processes to deliver value and drive technical vision
• Act as a sounding board for architecture standards and patterns
• Participate in defect analysis for maintenance releases
• Own prioritization, management, and reporting of Finance initiatives
• Work with SAP and MuleSoft teams to define E2E flow requirements
• Validate system changes through accurate testing and documentation
• Contribute to interface design and coordinate integration testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the SAP platform

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with COUPA configurations and administration
• Skilled understanding of SAP financial table structures and data elements
• Experience across the full technology-enabled change lifecycle
• Sound understanding of COUPA, COUPA marketplace, and SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of analytics and reporting through SAP/COUPA platforms
• Understanding of purchasing and its integration with Finance functional areas
• Experience working with offshore/near shore service providers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
