Country Site & Client Success Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility activities including identification and engagement of potential investigators
• Drive strategic site and partnership development by managing investigator performance
• Support country acquisition and integration initiatives through operational assessments
• Partner with Business Development and Clinical Operations to shape Poland-specific growth strategies
• Act as a senior external representative for Poland with Sponsors, CROs, and healthcare organizations
• Ensure continuity from pre-award through post-award handoff to support faster site activation
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to internal teams

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the Polish clinical trial landscape and regulatory pathways
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research feasibility
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
• Proven track record of building relationships with investigators and physicians
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic and occasional international)

• Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
