Country Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the country sales budget, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and sustainable revenue growth.
• Optimize Gross Profit (GP) and IFO performance through proactive analysis and effective adjustment of commercial activities.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to inform local strategies.
• Lead, motivate, and support the local sales team to maximize performance and ensure consistent market execution.
• Collaborate closely with headquarters teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure strategic alignment.
• Build and manage relationships with key distributors and major accounts, including commercial negotiations.
• Conduct joint customer visits with the sales team to provide field support and maintain a strong market presence.

Requirements

• Proactive leadership skills with strong communication and management abilities.
• Solid experience in B2B sales, business development, or commercial management.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution capabilities.
• Proven negotiation skills and a strong customer orientation.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Higher education degree.
• Experience in e-commerce.
