Country Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of the Level 1 Agent service in-country
• Lead, manage, and coach the Level 1 Agent team, providing direction and operational guidance
• Deliver agreed project KPIs and key objectives for Level 1 Agent operations
• Conduct and chair regular performance reviews with internal teams and clients
• Produce and present operational and analytical reports regarding service quality and response times
• Act as the primary operational interface for the national team and client stakeholders
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing projects or programmes, ideally in automotive or mobility
• People management experience leading small operational teams
• Professional experience in technical support, customer care, aftersales, or business development
• Demonstrable track record of meeting operational targets and KPIs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work with CRM, ticketing, or case management tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager leading client-facing projects
• Experience in budget preparation and financial tracking
• Experience launching new services or managing program roll-outs
• Experience with contact centre or helpdesk operations
• Knowledge of automotive technologies and dealer network structures
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
