Country People & Talent Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR lead for all Brazilian entities, translating global People strategy into locally compliant practices.
• Standardize hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee documentation across existing and future sites.
• Ensure full compliance with Brazilian labour law, regulatory requirements, and union frameworks.
• Partner with Legal on employment risk, employee relations, and collective bargaining considerations.
• Guide and coordinate site-based HR and administrative resources to improve efficiency and audit readiness.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between Brazil operations and the Global People Team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience in Brazil, including experience in multi-site environments.
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian labour law, union frameworks, and end-to-end HR processes.
• Proven experience in acquisitions, integrations, or managing rapid growth environments.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday and Greenhouse preferred).
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English is essential.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and work independently in a fast-paced, international setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting international HR operations.
