Country Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the product in Ukraine, representing the company to military units, government counterparts, and partner organizations
• Own end-to-end product delivery and fielding within Ukraine, including unit onboarding and feedback collection
• Build and maintain relationships with Ukrainian military units and government stakeholders to drive adoption
• Lead customer success by conducting training and resolving operational issues
• Coordinate supply chain support, logistics, and deployment timelines in-country
• Develop and execute localized go-to-market and expansion plans
• Translate field insights into actionable product feedback for engineering and product teams
• Manage program milestones and reporting to keep the U.S. team aligned

Requirements

• Based in or willing to relocate to Kyiv, Ukraine
• Experience in product, program, operations, or customer-facing roles, ideally in defense or government sectors
• Proven ability to build trust and navigate relationships with military or government counterparts
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to operate with significant autonomy in a startup environment
• Willingness to travel within Ukraine and to the USA periodically

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with the Ukrainian operational and defense environment
• U.S. citizenship preferred
• Active military service or direct experience supporting Ukrainian defense operations
• Startup or early-stage company experience
• Fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian
