Country Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets for France and French-speaking Africa
• Propose and implement strategic action plans in line with company orientations
• Analyze market players to maximize existing successes and create new growth opportunities
• Support the sales team in finalizing contracts and act as a key contact for customer and partner management teams
• Facilitate quotations and proposals made by partners to customers and prospects
• Prepare and communicate accurate, up-to-date forecasts to leadership
• Organize business territories and manage development plans
• Ensure optimal resource management across Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams
• Define team performance indicators and implement corrective actions
• Recruit and develop employee skills while fostering a collaborative team climate

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and developing a team of over 100 people
• Successful leadership experience in dynamic, fast-moving, and highly competitive markets
• In-depth knowledge of the Enterprise segment with an established network of decision-makers in major French companies
• Excellent knowledge of infrastructure, security, cloud, and SaaS sales markets
• Experience managing organizational and communication changes during major company transformations
• Strong organizational, methodical, and communication skills across all levels of an organization
• Ability to anticipate current and future market trends
