Responsibilities

• Own the US market entry strategy and decision-making for the first 90 days
• Land foundational partner agreements with MSOs, carriers, OEM dealer networks, and distributors
• Convert active enterprise pilots into long-term commercial contracts
• Launch Partly's AI tools into the US repairer market
• Shape the product roadmap for the US market by acting as the voice of the customer
• Build, hire, and lead the US commercial team including sales, solutions engineering, and marketing
• Establish Partly's brand presence at industry conferences and associations

Requirements

• Proven experience building a commercial motion in the US automotive repair industry
• Experience closing first-of-kind enterprise deals and building commercial playbooks
• Experience leading and developing commercial teams in high-growth environments
• Founder-level mindset with the ability to make decisions under ambiguity
• Executive presence to engage with C-suite and carrier procurement leaders
• Ability to understand and sell AI-native infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep network (Rolodex) within the US automotive repair ecosystem
• Experience in high-growth technology businesses (Series A–C) entering new markets
• Understanding of complex revenue models involving infrastructure, subscriptions, and take rates
