Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise operations across all Sweden clinics, improving efficiency, quality, and financial performance
- Own Sweden P&L, delivering against budget, forecast, and profitability targets
- Implement standardised operational processes and performance metrics aligned with global frameworks
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams including Area Leaders, Lead Doctors, and clinic support staff
- Develop and execute the Sweden market strategy in line with global objectives
- Drive sustainable growth through new clinic openings and member acquisition initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with Swedish healthcare regulations and local governance requirements
- Champion a member-first culture to continuously improve the end-to-end member experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Country Manager, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role
- Experience in a high-touch consumer-facing, membership, or subscription-based business
- Demonstrated ownership of full P&L responsibility with a track record of driving profitable growth
- Strong operational leadership experience, including multi-site management
- Excellent people leadership skills with experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working in highly regulated environments with accountability for compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in wellness, healthcare-adjacent, hospitality, technology, or retail sectors
- Experience scaling operations in fast-growing, mission-driven organisations
- Strong commercial acumen paired with a deep commitment to customer experience excellence
