Country Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s business operations within the assigned country
• Develop and execute country-level business and sales strategies
• Own the country’s P&L, including revenue, profitability, budgets, and cash position
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and growth areas
• Drive sales performance to ensure revenue targets are achieved
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction
• Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing local team
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business performance, risks, and opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in country management, general management, or business leadership
• Strong background in IT consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise technology services
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, and revenue targets
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales growth
• Ability to build relationships with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to manage teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
