Country Manager - Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the market go-to-market strategy for Japan aligned with global company objectives
• Own and deliver against revenue targets, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization across key regions in the market
• Personally engage in strategic deals and manage key customer relationships
• Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability
• Build and expand a strong partner ecosystem, including channel, alliances, and system integrators
• Represent the company as a senior commercial leader and spokesperson in the region
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive integrated execution

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and scaling high-growth businesses
• Deep understanding of the Japanese enterprise market, including buying behavior and partner ecosystems
• Significant leadership experience within the identified market location
• Experience working in a fast-growing, matrixed, and global organization
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
