Country Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the KSA market in alignment with regional goals
• Drive revenue growth by managing key vendor relationships and expanding the reseller/integrator partner network
• Oversee sales performance, partner enablement, and channel marketing initiatives
• Act as the primary point of contact for regional cybersecurity vendors in KSA
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across sales, technical support, and operations
• Ensure business compliance with local regulations including ZATCA, SAMA, and CITC
• Maintain strong relationships with relevant KSA authorities and regulatory bodies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 8–10 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity distribution
• 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership or country management role
• Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English
• Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem, vendors, and market trends
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SAMA, NCA ECC, and CITC
