Responsibilities

• Execute market scoping and Go-To-Market strategy by visiting early customers for product feedback and pricing structures
• Manage launch preparation and logistics, including cross-border fulfillment and hardware provisioning
• Provide white-glove customer success and onboarding for the early market cohort
• Optimize GTM systems by partnering with RevOps to troubleshoot CRM workflows
• Drive local supply chain and field operations to ensure elite turnaround times
• Build data dashboards to monitor market-specific core metrics

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of operations or strategy experience in high-growth tech, management consulting, or marketplace models
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes from scratch
• Hands-on operator mentality with willingness to perform field visits and technical troubleshooting
• High proficiency in data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets; SQL/Looker is a plus)
• Full professional fluency in both Dutch and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with dental, healthcare, or medical device industries
• Experience setting up global entities or international GTM teams
