Country Manager DACH

Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing locally relevant marketing initiatives
• Managing internal and external service providers and stakeholders
• Managing daily operations, KPI monitoring, and shop performance
• Leading, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives and projects
• Collaborating with marketing, tech, logistics, and customer service departments
• Conducting market analyses and development
• Supporting the Markets Team with content analysis and operational optimizations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or fashion
• High level of motivation and a structured, independent work style
• Excellent analytical skills and business sense
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Native German and excellent written and spoken English
