Country Manager Cargo

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of national sales programs to ensure revenue targets are met according to regulations and policies
• Manage and coordinate intermediary activities to ensure achievement of agreed targets and respect of terms and conditions
• Maximize sales revenues for the assigned country or product/service line to meet Etihad's objectives
• Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with third parties, including travel agencies, corporate customers, and governmental authorities
• Manage a portfolio of contracts and counsel district sales representatives to ensure market positioning is improved and compliant with commercial strategy
• Liaise with local governmental authorities to ensure compliance with all local regulations
• Engage with Etihad partners to conduct joint negotiations and exploit new commercial channels
• Develop and manage the local sales channel strategy to maximize company reach
• Review and approve sales incentive calculations for the assigned area

Requirements

• High School diploma with 3 years of relevant work experience OR a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience at a Managerial level
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
