Country Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UK market strategy to drive business growth, user acquisition, and revenue generation
• Oversee all local business operations to ensure alignment with global objectives and operational excellence
• Lead marketing initiatives, brand awareness campaigns, and strategic partnerships tailored to the UK market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders
• Monitor the UK cryptocurrency market and regulatory environment to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Engineering teams to launch and scale products in the UK
• Ensure all business activities comply with UK regulatory requirements and internal standards
• Recruit, lead, and mentor the local team to foster a high-performance culture
• Track business performance through KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development or commercial leadership
• Proven experience in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or digital assets industry
• Deep understanding of the UK financial services ecosystem and regulatory landscape
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree
• Previous experience serving as a Country Manager, Regional Manager, or General Manager within the UK market
• Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships and driving measurable business growth
