Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market entry strategy, including regulatory setup, partnerships, and growth plans
• Secure necessary regulatory licenses and approvals required for the Taiwan insurance market
• Build relationships and negotiate commercial partnerships with insurers and underwriting partners
• Lead platform launch by working with product and engineering teams to develop features and customer journeys
• Establish high-performance operating processes, reporting structures, and growth metrics
• Build and lead a high-performing local team with an ownership culture

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth technology companies
• Proven experience managing commercial performance, revenue growth, and partnerships
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Highly analytical and execution-focused mindset
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-intensity environments
• Understanding of the Taiwan insurance market and regulatory environment is a plus
