Country Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the turbocharging business in Egypt and allocated countries, including full P&L and balance sheet accountability.
• Develop and implement local operational plans and market strategies aligned with global Accelleron vision and targets.
• Represent the company locally through government relations, industry associations, and stakeholder management.
• Oversee local governance, ensuring compliance with international integrity standards and local legal requirements.
• Act as a customer-facing sales leader to develop high-level relationships and drive business development.
• Lead and develop a diverse team of employees, fostering a culture of excellence, empathy, and strategic alignment.
• Ensure implementation of Operational, Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) guidelines.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
• 8+ years of relevant business experience with a proven track record in management.
• Broad management experience across finance, sales, marketing, and service functions.
• Strong knowledge of Egypt Freezone and Mainland legal entities, including tax regulations and annual renewals.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to lead change management and motivate diverse teams.
• Familiarity with the diesel engine, energy, or marine industries.
