Country Manager

Responsibilities

• Further development of the Swiss market
• Leadership, implementation, and monitoring of strategic measures and projects
• Identification and development of locally relevant marketing measures
• Support of the marketplace model by generating new local leads
• Close collaboration with various departments such as Marketing, Tech, Logistics, and Customer Service
• Identification and implementation of measures to improve customer experience
• Management of internal and external service providers and stakeholders
• Monitoring of local performance and shop KPIs
• Support of the market team with content analyses, strategic business cases, and operational optimizations

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics or a comparable field of study
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or fashion
• High level of motivation and a structured, independent way of working
• Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and cooperation skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English
