Country Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and lead commercial strategy and execution for Singapore and distributor markets (Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam)
• Manage commercial operations and drive business and financial processes, including S&OP and P&L management
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to maximize revenue and sales opportunities
• Serve as a member of the Affiliate Leadership Team, coaching and developing top talent through succession planning and performance management
• Represent the company to external stakeholders to build a sustainable brand image as a preferred healthcare partner
• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from concept through implementation and post-launch analysis
• Adapt to market dynamics to address expanding, stabilizing, or declining markets while maintaining strict compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Advanced degree such as MBA, Ph.D., or MD preferred)
• 10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical leadership experience
• Proven track record of leading strong commercial organizations and managing brands or portfolios
• Experience managing third-party distributor markets
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
