Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive FX services growth in Thailand, aligning with global objectives
• Identify market expansion opportunities by leveraging local business intelligence and industry insights
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies
• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure strict compliance with regional regulations and company policies
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team to promote professional development
• Monitor and manage financial performance to ensure profitability and resource optimization

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a professional setting
• Proven track record within the financial services or FX industry
• Deep understanding of the Thai financial market and regulatory framework
• Fluency in both Thai and English (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and financial indicators
• Excellent networking abilities to establish and maintain high-level business relationships
