Country Lead FX

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to propel growth and enhance FX services in alignment with global goals
• Identify and seize opportunities to bolster market position using local insights and industry intelligence
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory authorities
• Oversee daily operational tasks, ensuring strict adherence to local regulations and company standards
• Recruit, train, and motivate a high-calibre local team to foster professional development
• Monitor business finances to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in financial services or Foreign Exchange (FX)
• In-depth knowledge of the Indian financial sector and regulatory environment
• Proven experience managing multifunctional teams
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent networking and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in English and at least one regional language
