Country Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for the South Cone market, aligning local priorities with regional and global objectives
• Identify business opportunities, assess market trends, and build data-driven business cases
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with merchants, banks, acquirers, payment providers, and regulators
• Act as the voice of the market internally to help global teams understand local opportunities and risks
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Operations, Treasury, Finance, and Legal teams
• Monitor business performance and coordinate solutions for commercial or operational challenges
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging payment solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or digital commerce
• Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem in Argentina and/or Chile
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives without direct authority
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Commercial acumen to identify and pursue growth opportunities
• Hands-on mindset capable of moving between strategic planning and operational execution
• Fluency in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Portuguese language skills
• Experience working across multiple Latin American markets
• Established relationships with key players in the payments or banking ecosystem
• Experience interacting with regulators or financial institutions
• Familiarity with AI tools for business productivity
