Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and performance-manage a team of sales leaders
• Drive consistent execution through hands-on training and deal reviews
• Scale the Australian sales organization and coaching infrastructure
• Own the Australian revenue number and provide accurate forecasting
• Refine a data-driven operating model and maintain pipeline hygiene
• Drive field marketing strategy and localized events
• Partner with RevOps to design scalable dashboards and reporting
• Serve as the executive owner of Salesforce discipline in Australia
• Collaborate with global functional leaders to provide market insights
• Spend significant time in the field supporting managers and customers

Requirements

• Experience leading sales teams in high-growth environments (SaaS, tech, or agriculture)
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams and coaching leaders
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pipeline management and forecasting
• Ability to communicate effectively with both boardroom executives and farmers
• Data-driven approach to sales operations and decision-making
• High level of ownership, drive, and presence
