Country Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Developing and driving the creative direction for the Turkish market, translating country strategy into culturally relevant templates and elements
• Overseeing content creation and curation across social media, presentations, websites, and print
• Leveraging AI tools and scalable workflows to accelerate content production
• Leading quality control to maintain alignment with brand guidelines and high design standards
• Managing and mentoring local freelance designers and creators
• Building relationships with Country Content Strategy, Marketing, SEO, and Community teams
• Conducting content audits and performance analysis to identify improvement areas

Requirements

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating visual craft and cultural sensitivity
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content generation and iteration
• Deep understanding of Turkish culture, design aesthetics, and consumer behavior
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
• Experience briefing, reviewing, and developing freelance talent or creators
• Strong collaborative skills across different teams and time zones
