About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the go-to-market (GTM) roadmap for accounting and financial management solutions tailored to Indian MSMEs
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to localize features and create "0 to 1" user journeys
  • Conduct market segmentation and develop targeted value propositions for diverse user personas
  • Create pricing strategies and monetization models aligned with business growth goals
  • Lead initiatives to drive product adoption, activation, retention, and revenue growth
  • Plan and execute growth experiments across multiple channels and track performance via KPIs
  • Scale user acquisition through partnerships, online/offline campaigns, and sales enablement
  • Act as a cross-functional bridge between product, business, and functional teams to ensure alignment

Requirements

  • B.Tech and MBA from a reputed institution
  • 8–11 years of experience in GTM, commercial strategy, or growth leadership roles
  • Mandatory experience in Fintech, SaaS, or MSME-focused digital products (accounting, invoicing, or financial management tools)
  • Deep understanding of accounting or finance tools used by MSMEs
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Looker
  • Experience working in agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
