Counterintelligence Specialist SME

Responsibilities

• Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts attempting to collect sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities, and interests.
• Evaluate threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests.
• Conduct in-depth analytic research and produce all-source CI studies by applying knowledge of foreign intelligence capabilities and TTPs.
• Contribute to the development of comprehensive CI strategies.
• Develop, produce, and present programs of instruction regarding collection operations TTPs and supporting processes relevant to human and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph.
• Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least twenty years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be badged and credentialed as a CI Agent.
• Graduate of the in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or a Military Service equivalent.
