Counterintelligence Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support Offensive CI operations by coordinating passage material (PaM) in compliance with DoDI S-5240.09.
• Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence threats to U.S. national security and sensitive information.
• Act as the CCMD focal point for the coordination, approval, and documentation of nominated PaM.
• Deconflict PaM with other CCMDs, component commands, and service sub-components to ensure operational validation.
• Serve as a command advisor on Offensive CI Operations, including training, intelligence oversight, and document review.
• Archive passage material into SAP systems to maintain a historical database for Offensive CI operations.
• Conduct analytic research and produce all-source CI studies to contribute to CI strategies.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance; ability to take a polygraph if requested.
• 10+ years of experience in CI Offensive Operations as a planner, strategic effects officer, or case officer.
• Basic CI agent training or law enforcement equivalent.
• Experience in the conduct of Offensive CI Operations.
• Graduate of the Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or military service equivalent.
• Ability to be cleared for access to a Special Access Program (SAP).
