Counter Salesperson

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers at the counter with kindness, speed, and efficiency
• Prepare food items such as heating tamales and preparing atole following quality and hygiene standards
• Receive, prepare, and deliver orders correctly
• Manage orders through delivery platforms like Uber Eats and Rappi
• Process payments via cash and point-of-sale terminals
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and good presentation of the local throughout the shift
• Comply with assigned schedules and support branch opening and closing tasks

Requirements

• Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment
• Excellent customer service attitude and friendly demeanor
• Basic computer skills or ability to handle digital platforms
• Strong teamwork, organization, and cleanliness skills
• Experience in customer service, cafeterias, or restaurants is desirable but not mandatory
