Counter Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide product advice to customers to help them find the best solutions for their needs
• Process orders using the internal order management system
• Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures
• Prepare and stage orders for customer pickup
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and restocking levels
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience preferred
• Basic product knowledge preferred
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise up to 50lbs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
• Strong math skills for accurate cash accounting
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• A strong willingness and ability to learn
