Counter Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by advising and orienting clients on Estafeta's shipping services and conditions.
• Ensure successful deliveries by verifying package compliance and requirements.
• Manage merchandise, including the arrangement, movement, and safeguarding of packages.
• Sell Estafeta services to customers who do not have a pre-existing shipping guide.
• Handle package pickups and deliveries arriving at the branch.
• Process service payments and manage cash and other payment methods.

Requirements

• High school diploma or completed technical degree.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in handling various payment methods and cash management.
• Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills.
