Counter Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to all clients at the counter
• Process invoicing and generate shipping guides based on the customer's destination, service, or product needs
• Verify package contents with customers to ensure no prohibited materials are included
• Inspect packaging to ensure items are correctly secured to prevent issues during handling

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachillerato General)
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and LibreOffice
• Ability to work the following schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 6:00 pm) and Saturday (9:00 am to 1:00 pm)
