Counter Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by advising and orienting clients on Estafeta's shipping services and conditions.
• Ensure successful deliveries by verifying package compliance and requirements.
• Drive sales by offering Estafeta services to customers without existing shipping guides.
• Manage merchandise, including the organization, movement, and safeguarding of packages.
• Handle package pickups and deliveries arriving at the branch.
• Process service payments and manage cash and various payment methods.

Requirements

• High school diploma or completed technical degree.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in cash handling and various payment methods.
• Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills.
