Counter Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Advise customers at the point of sale regarding service modalities, product options, and costs to ensure the best shipping experience.
• Drive sales by offering Estafeta services to customers without existing shipping guides and documenting transactions through the POS system.
• Process shipments with existing guides by validating packaging conditions, content, and required documentation to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• Manage "Ocurre" services by verifying official identification to ensure shipments are delivered to the correct recipient.
• Handle cash transactions, including collecting payments, safeguarding funds, and performing bank deposits.
• Manage the return process for shipments held at the point of sale for more than 10 days by generating return guides.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Preparatoria) or Technical Degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sales or counter sales.
