Counter Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to contractors, including counter service and technical support
• Process customer orders, including pricing and substitutions
• Maintain and build relationships with existing and new customers
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide professional problem resolution
• Support the sales team
• Receive, prepare, and ship materials for customers
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Profit Center Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Ability to use computer systems
• Physical capacity to lift 50 to 75 pounds occasionally
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Positive attitude and teamwork capability

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing industry products
• Experience with plumbing, kitchen, or bathroom showroom products
• Ability to perform calculations for product quantity estimation
• Experience with M3 software
