Counter Sales

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with auto parts questions and needs in person or via telephone
• Handle cash and other purchasing transactions
• Operate electronic and paper cataloging systems to retrieve parts information
• Communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers
• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Prior automotive background or knowledge
• ASE Certification is a plus
