Counter Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service through daily interactions via phone, email, or in person
• Process customer orders, perform parts research, and manage warranties and returns
• Promote sales promotions and collaborate with the regional sales force to drive business
• Support branch operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Assist with warehouse duties such as loading/unloading deliveries and picking materials
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to Zero Harm culture and PPE compliance
• Research and resolve customer issues, complaints, and credit requests

Requirements

• 2-4 years of customer service experience
• High School diploma or equivalent combined with relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the HVAC industry
• Experience with warehouse operations and forklift operation
