Responsibilities
- Heavy counter service interacting directly with customers, phone orders, and quotations
- Shipping and receiving of product
- In-store product replenishment
- Drive personal development to become a product knowledge expert
- Cultivate a pro-active culture to support teammates and customers
- Learn and drive key financial levers, including profit and loss statements
Requirements
- College and/or University degree
- 2+ years of experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- No prior plumbing or wholesale distribution experience is required
