About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop monthly plans and optimize team scheduling to meet productivity targets
- Manage store operations including cash control, staff absences, schedules, stock, safety, and maintenance
- Manage store budgets, expenses, and productivity while updating performance data
- Oversee inventory, daily operations, stock levels, and warehouse cleanliness
- Drive employee wellbeing and engagement through regular one-on-one sessions and authentic team connection
- Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and reflect on development areas
