About the role
Responsibilities
- Guarantee an excellent customer experience aligned with Rituals' DNA and standards
- Execute the store's operational plan and business projects
- Meet performance KPIs and manage team development
- Develop monthly plans including optimal staff scheduling based on productivity goals
- Manage store operations including cash control, staff absences, schedules, stock, prevention, security, and maintenance
- Manage store budgets, including expenses and productivity
- Oversee inventory and daily operations, including stock and warehouse cleanliness
- Drive employee well-being and engagement through regular individual follow-ups
- Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and reflect on development areas
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a store manager in the retail sector
- Leadership and people management skills (communication, coaching, connection, inspiration)
- Experience in team motivation and development
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems
- Energetic personality and a service-oriented mindset
