Responsibilities

  • Guarantee an excellent customer experience aligned with Rituals' DNA and standards
  • Execute the store's operational plan and business projects
  • Meet performance KPIs and manage team development
  • Develop monthly plans including optimal staff scheduling based on productivity goals
  • Manage store operations including cash control, staff absences, schedules, stock, prevention, security, and maintenance
  • Manage store budgets, including expenses and productivity
  • Oversee inventory and daily operations, including stock and warehouse cleanliness
  • Drive employee well-being and engagement through regular individual follow-ups
  • Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and reflect on development areas

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a store manager in the retail sector
  • Leadership and people management skills (communication, coaching, connection, inspiration)
  • Experience in team motivation and development
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems
  • Energetic personality and a service-oriented mindset
