Responsibilities

  • Drive sales turnover and market share for the Aveda brand through excellent service and retail standards
  • Reflect a professional brand image to all internal and external consumers at all times
  • Maximise sales through active selling and adherence to retail excellence
  • Plan and implement local marketing and event initiatives aligned with retailer activity
  • Manage daily replenishment and visual merchandising layouts according to brand guidelines
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, product displays, and pricing accuracy
  • Manage stock movements, deliveries, and administration within agreed timeframes
  • Minimise stock loss by following all company security policies and procedures
  • Deliver a consumer recruitment and retention strategy to grow a loyal customer base
  • Use digital tools and social media to enhance brand image and drive business opportunities

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail or consumer-facing environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the beauty industry
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to drive personal self-development and product knowledge
