  • Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

  • Ensure the counter is visually merchandised to Clarins standards at all times
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control with accuracy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading and coaching a retail team
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Expertise in providing professional skincare consultations
  • Strong skills in clienteling and relationship management
  • Experience with visual merchandising and stock/inventory management
  • Must have valid Australian working rights
